Our Small Business Services

 We are able to take on the role of an outsourced Controller.  This is a great fit if you need a more frequent and consistent focus on the your accounting, including deposits, invoicing, bill payments and more.  We also work with your external tax preparer on an as needed basis for your tax planning and tax preparation. 

 The most common service we offer is consistent bookkeeping oversight and reconciliation services.  We review/enter your data is accurately posted and all accounts reconcile monthly or quarterly.  We then provide prepared financial statements with a summary of the activity observed to ensure you are always aware of how your business is operating. 

 Payroll is often a scary area for clients, and we are here to help make it manageable and affordable.  We partner with Gusto payroll to offer full-service payroll as well as self-guided and prepared payroll. 

 We are excited to expand our services and begin offering advisory services, particularly in the department of human resources.  We are able to manage your employee onboarding, management of benefit offerings and sign up, equipment tracking and more. 

 Cash flow planning and budgeting are essential tools for a successful business.  We work with you to develop monthly, quarterly or annual plans to access your goals and actual results. 

 Quickbooks Online is a software commonly used by small businesses. We are Quickbooks Pro-Advisors and do offer Quickbooks setup and training.

 We offer limited corporate and personal tax services to our current accounting clients only.

 No two business are the same so we do offer additional services that relate to managing your business, such as sales tax and 1099 reporting.  We are here to help!
